I was looking to get extensions done as a little treat for myself and she was able to answer all my questions and advise which kind was going to be better suited to me. Makes you feel very relaxed and will absolutely go the extra mile to make sure you are happy and have a good experience. I couldn't be happier with my hair and the whole interaction we had. Have been to Flo for my lashes and brows for a long time now and have never been disappointed. The attention to detail is always spot on and she always gives me exactly what I’m looking for. Never had any damages to my natural lashes and the retention is really impressive. Would absolutely recommend every time!
