Flo was brilliant from start to finish! I was looking to get extensions done as a little treat for myself and she was able to answer all my questions and advise which kind was going to be better suited to me. Makes you feel very relaxed and will absolutely go the extra mile to make sure you are happy and have a good experience. I couldn't be happier with my hair and the whole interaction we had.
